Hi, I’m Dr. Bobbie Mills

And I help assistant principals develop the mindset, skill set, and leadership presence needed to become confident, principal-ready leaders who can lead schools with clarity, impact, and purpose.

Throughout my career, I’ve supported many assistant principals, principals, and district leaders as they work to strengthen their leadership mindset and grow in cultural, strategic, and instructional leadership. I bridge the gap between doing the job and being ready for the role by helping assistant principals think, lead, and operate at the principal level—so their daily actions align with the responsibilities and expectations of principalship.

I believe leadership is not about waiting for permission—it’s about preparation, visibility, and impact. When leaders learn how to lead with intention, align their voice with vision, and use data and culture as levers for change, doors begin to open.

When I’m not coaching leaders or building pathways to principalship, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling, being exposed to new things in life, and creating spaces where educators can grow into the leaders they were always meant to be.
