I’m the CEO and Founder of Elevated Vision Educational Consulting, LLC, a leadership development firm dedicated to helping assistant principals develop the skillset to become confident-ready leaders so they can get a principalship promotion and lead their own school. With over two decades of experience as a teacher, assistant principal, principal, and district-level director for elementary and middle schools, I understand the real journey leaders take-because I’ve lived it.
